Hello! My name is Jeannie Clark and I am an enthusiastic 1st grade teacher at Barrett Primary. I graduated in May of 1998 from the University of Houston with a degree in Education with specializations in Reading and History. I am currently in my 5th year of teaching 1st grade and I would like to welcome you and your child to our classroom. I have great expectations that this will be a wonderful year as I endeavor to provide your child a strong foundation in reading and math. I want to encourage all parents to participate in your child's education through assisting with daily homework activities as well as volunteering on campus. I encourage all of you to share your time and talents as often as possible as you will surely find numerous opportunities to volunteer throughout the school year.
